Excellent car wash! I had such a great experience here. The staff greets you immediately at the pay station and helped me select and purchase a wash. The employee went in-depth about the great wash packages. The car wash itself was nice, clean tunnel. I love the cute complementary air freshener with the bear on it, and the vacuums were great! I highly recommend this wash and will be a returning customer.

I came today and was pleased by the service here, from Management to the staff. Chris, Chelsea, Maria, and Norma all went exceptionally out of their way to accommodate my mess of a truck. Will be back again, as well. The setup here is perfect. Thanks, guys!

I had a 22-year-old car that needed a little TLC. I took it to Papa Bear, and the exterior was cleaned up pretty well by the automated wash. The vacuum station, with the terry clothes and cleaning solution, really brought this gem out of the rough.

Everyone that works here goes above and beyond! Plus… my car could not be this clean if I didn’t come to this car wash! Love it!

By far the best self-service car wash I’ve been to. You have different options for washes based on your budget. Each spot (after the wash) has access to multiple vacuums, glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, lots of clean rags, and bins for the dirty rags and bins for trash. It really is a well-stocked, super convenient, and clean setup. I will definitely return.

This is the best car wash in Greenville. I have been coming here for a few months and won’t go to another. Great service, wonderful and friendly people with great prices. I’ll never go to another car wash again. Papa Bear has gained 1 loyal customer.

The best automatic car wash I’ve ever been to. Besides the free air freshener, vacuums, glass cleaner, and cleaning spray, the car wash itself does a very thorough job. I might have to stop cleaning my car myself haha.

Great place for a car wash. I like the direct-feed detail cleaners for the car instead of spray bottles, and they give you a car scent thing. Also, there is a mat wash and dry station. If this place were not so far from my house, I would join.

Genuinely the best car wash I’ve ever been to! We went at the best time and actually ended up winning a free car wash! Seriously the cutest, cleanest car wash, everything is top of the line, and the facilities to self-clean after the wash are top-notch! 10/10

Wow. Best car wash I’ve ever been to. Slightly higher priced than most, but it’s also twice as long, which means a cleaner car. Their vacuum and towel station is premium and well maintained. The guys there were polite and cheerful. I like how carwashes figured out that by adding disco lights, it becomes a family event. I blast kids bop, and my kids go WILD.

This is the nicest car wash I have ever used. It is so long that there’s no way your car can’t get clean when you come through it. The vacuums, the really strong suction, they have glass cleaner and all-purpose cleaner that you can spray directly on your vehicle, and the mat cleaner actually works. I hope I don’t get this wrong, but I met Mark and Noah, I believe, they are amazing, and so is everybody else that I met there. There was a nice young lady when I first came in, but I didn’t get her name. These guys are doing an amazing job. I give them 5 million stars, but there’s not enough room.

They are always so kind, attentive & accommodating! I never have to wait. My dog loves to see the workers & the wash lol. Worth every penny!

Papa Bear staff are very gracious and courteous. They want you to have a great experience each time. Although I don’t want to clean the inside myself, they give you all the tools you need to get it done efficiently.

I went there today, and it was a fantastic experience! Those greeting us as we got in line were so kind and friendly, those starting to wash off the front and back of our cars did a good job, and the actual car wash tunnel was perfect! Thanks to all who worked in the cold and got wet making sure our cars were clean! This team was efficient and very kind! My car shines, and I’m very happy! Thanks for the free wash, and I’ll be back!
