Great experience, starting with excellent, attention-to-detail during the pre-wash by Trinity and Kylie today! Always great service with smiles and complete pre-wash before an excellent full wash and wax. We are members and use the membership to the fullest. I highly recommend looking at the cost of membership if you even go once or twice a month. Met the owners when we signed up; this is a high-quality Upstate local small business that you should consider supporting!

Hands-down, this is the best car wash ever! The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and your car gets amazingly clean and completely dried. The self-service area is clean and full of everything you need to keep your car clean. No need to try any place else, this is the one!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. Although it was extremely hot outside the staff maintained the Papa Bear greetings and thumbs up, this simple appreciation for the business makes all the difference with me. I also feel that the wash itself is superior to any other local drive-through car wash. Full disclosure, I am a monthly subscriber and try to visit either the Easley or Anderson location twice a month.

My first time after almost 8 years with Zipps/Snappy. Absolutely loved it! The employees were so nice and the equipment was up to date and in proper working condition. My car looked wonderful, so I bought a monthly membership. Can’t wait to go back.

The Papa Bear car washes are really seriously the best around. The price is reasonable for different levels it’s very quick and easy. They also have great vacuums, and glass cleaner rags. Highly recommend it.

Grisham was amazing. A previous employee had told me there was a free month for one wash for 30 days. He said this was a special trial and not an actual monthly subscription. That was not correct as I was charged yesterday for $39!!! The manager worked things out. I was very impressed with Grisham. He was very professional and terrific customer service. You are very fortunate to have him. He represents the company’s high level of customer service.

I’m satisfied with the wash…. it’s the tire shine I have an issue with. When I have my vehicle washed…I go home and re-spray my tires with my tire shine. Papa Bear’s does not completely cover the tires.

I seriously love this car wash!!! I went last time in august on my birthday. They opened a new one by my house so I gave it a try. When I pulled up it was free. I was so happy. Then I went today cause my husband owed me a car wash, and we got another free one cause we were like randomly selected. I just think that’s so awesome. Way to give back to the community. I seriously. Love this car wash. It washes my car the best and the vacuum are the best. Plus I love the cleaning rags and cleaning solution at each cleaning station. Go here and no where else!

Great people, good wash, along with vacuums and cleaning needs. Great carpet and vinyl car mat washing stations and plenty of spots.

I pulled in to get a quick wash because tree sap had my car very sticky. When I got to the first attendant, he asked if I had washed with them before, at which I told him no. He turned around to show me how to purchase my wash and the screen flashed that I had won a free Ceramic Shield wash. He handed me an air freshener for my car and said I was good. I don’t know if this was because I was a new customer or if it was random, but either way, it was much appreciated. My car is very clean now!

It’s just not a car wash. It’s a total cleaning experience ! It’s definitely a must try. I look forward to it every week!
