Bear’s Community Giveback Fundraiser

Option 1

Pre-Sell Program

This program is recommended for all new organizations.

Requirements:

  • Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear via email at Info@PapaBearCarwash.com.
  • Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
  • Use the provided sign-up sheet and collect funds.
  • Advise Papa Bear Carwash the total number of pre-sold gift cards no later than the due date indicated on the signed agreement.
  • Pay Papa Bear $10 for each gift card.
  • Provide Papa Bear Carwash seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payment has been received.

Option 2

Pre-Paid Program

Organization Responsibilities:

  • Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear via email at Info@PapaBearCarwash.com.
  • Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
  • Pay Papa Bear $10 for each gift card.
  • Provide Papa Bear Carwash seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payment has been received.

Option 3

Partial Payment Program

This program is for Organizations that have worked with the Papa Bear Carwash Fundraiser Program within the last 2 years. Organizations may request up to 100 gift cards to get started. Once the initial gift cards are sold, additional may be requested within your 30-day fundraiser period.

Organization Responsibilities:

  • Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear via email at Info@PapaBearCarwash.com.
  • Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
  • Pay Papa Bear $10 for each gift card.
  • Provide Papa Bear Carwash seven (7) days to process the gift cards after they have been requested.
  • Provide Papa Bear Carwash a partial payment which is 50% of the total amount due. This payment is before
    pick up.
  • Submit remaining balance payment to Papa Bear Carwash no later than the due date indicated on the signed agreement.

*Special terms and conditions may apply for each program. Gift Cards cannot be returned once received by the organization and are 100% non-refundable. Any lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

“Bear’s Community Giveback Fundraiser” Requirements

Prefer it to be a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization but not limited to.

  • Contact responsible for fundraiser must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Each organization is allowed to participate in Bear’s Community Giveback Fundraiser twice (2) within 12 months.
  • Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear Carwash via email at Info@PapaBearCarwash.com
  • Keep $10 per gift card issued to the organization and pay $10 to Papa Bear Carwash.
  • Complete the fundraiser within 45 days.

 

The only forms of payment accepted are:

  • Certified Bank Check
  • Credit / Debit Card
