Option 1
Pre-Sell Program
This program is recommended for all new organizations.
Requirements:
- Sign and return the Fundraiser Agreement to Papa Bear via email at Maddie@PapaBearCarwash.com.
- Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
- Use the provided sign-up sheet and collect appropriate funds.
- Advise Papa Bear Carwash the total number of pre-sold gift cards no later than the due date indicated on the signed agreement.
- Pay Papa Bear $10 for each Fundraiser card.
- Provide Papa Bear three (3) days to process the Fundraiser cards after payment has been received.
Option 2
Pre-Paid Program
Organization Responsibilities:
- Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear via email at Maddie@PapaBearCarwash.com.
- Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
- Pay Papa Bear $10 for each gift card.
- Provide Papa Bear three (3) days to process the fundraiser card request.
*Special terms and conditions may apply for each program. Gift Cards cannot be returned once received by the organization and are 100% non-refundable. Any lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Prefer it to be a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization but not limited to.
- Contact responsible for fundraiser must be at least 25 years of age.
- Each organization is allowed to participate in Bear’s Community Giveback Fundraiser twice (2) within 12 months.
- Sign and return the Agreement to Papa Bear Carwash via email at Maddie@PapaBearCarwash.com.
- Keep $10 per fundraiser card issued to the organization and pay $10 to Papa Bear!
- Complete the fundraiser within 30 days.
The only forms of payment accepted are:
- Certified Bank Check
- Credit / Debit Card

A team member from our Team will respond to you as soon as possible. Please give us up to 5 business days to respond to a Fundraiser Request.
